What is your Return Policy?
We will happily accept return or exchange merchandise in its original and unused condition for store credit, providing the tags are attached and accompanied by an original receipt within 14 days post delivery.
Which items are eligible for return?
  • You received a damaged product or wrong product. (Please provide original receipt and picture for verification)
  • You ordered a wrong size that doesn’t fit your child. (Please provide original receipt and picture for verification)
  • You did not receive your order or received incomplete order.

Which items are NOT eligible for return?
  • Accessories cannot be returned for hygiene purpose.

When will my store credit be available?
Once we receive and process your return, your store credit will be available within 5 business days.
